Is there official weights on a chart that say someone is heavy, obese, fat etc ??? When are we allowed to say someone is FAT?

I need the information for my new website about the FAT TAX

At some point we are allowed to call someone obese but I would not do it without something official to back me up.

I think my son Isaiah is ready to potty train. He always pulls his diaper off when he is sleeping and pees all over his bed. He tells you sometimes when he pooped or peed. Does this mean its time to potty train him. He doesnt really llisten well, and is very hyper.

the intention is not to hert anybody's sentiments but as they are inducing people to become christine by way of giving money or any other immotional appeal, i think firstly they should prove them as genuine as most of the things which has been written in the bible or said by their god are becomeing fake [eg armageddon, funda of 06-06-06 etc] otherwise they should stop fooling people as well as themselves by following someones call,

I just caught him peeing in the corner of the utility closet RIGHT NEXT TO his litter box. I said 'NO!",scruffed him and put him in the box, then covered the corner with fabreeze and baking soda. when i go out later today i plan on getting some of that pet stuff that cleans pee, but will that make him stop using the corner?

why would he do it in the first place? The box wasnt that dirty. And it looks like hes been doing it for awhile.

Are there any better cleaning ideas? Its a tile floor with a mat on it, the mat and the floor both are brownish yellow and covered in some kind of solid (i guess dirt mixed with urine?) im completely disgusted, what do I do?

He's only 2 years old and in great shape, why would he spray?
