If dogs can't eat human food, how come when I feed him meats especially when we have bbqs, he didnt get sick or die. I've been doing this a lot and the vet said that my dog is very healthy. All I know is sweet stuff are bad for dogs but meat I think is ok.

I bought a chiauhua puppy from a pet store and paid $200 for him (no papers). Bought him on Friday, he died on Sunday. I took my little deceased puppy to the vet on monday and the vet did a fecal test for parvo and it was positive. The pet store owner isn't taking responsibilty for it and won't give me back my money and she is putting it off on the woman she got it from. So, I called Dept. of Agriculture and they did an inspection on the pet store and the womans home where the puppy came from and both are under quarentine for 10 days. Meanwhile both are refusing to give me my money back, even though I only had the puppy 3 days. Since they are being difficult, I want to warn my community about fraud that goes on in pet stores and the questions people should ask before they buy a puppy.

I am married, with a blended family. My husband treats his children super nice and our children like chopped liver. His children come and go as they please. My husband ignores me or treats me like doggie-doo. Even my friends notice. He’s even been angry and/or drunk at times, making me scared of him. He’s not a total louse. I’m not a perfect wife either. He has a good job, is educated, does projects around the house, cooks, etc. He just seems basically like an unhappy person. IHe loves watching TV. He hates spending time with me and the other kids. TV is his life in the evening. he considers quality time watching TV with the kids. I have learned to HATE the TV! ’m an at-home mom with the kids. I’m educated and had a career. I guess I need to find a career and leave, but I don’t want to. Any advice?

ok! I have been on my perioud for about three weeks. I was on it for about a week then went off of if for like three days and have been back on it for about two weeks! I dont know what is going on and I dont want to have to go to the gyno while i am bleeding down there. I know that most of you are going to tell me to go to the doctor, and i know that i need to go but I just CANT if i am bleeding, does anyone have a guess as to why this is happening and is is somthing to be concerned about?

LAN card (Surecom/Realtek) identified/autodetected by Windows XP and working properly (when I clicked properties) but when I connect it to my DSL modem, my DSL installation programs says that my LAN card is not properly configured to work with my DSL modem. I am using Windows XP 192 MB RAM Pentium III 600 MHz Processor. I'm using an old motherboard (6BV67) which I bought to a PC surplus shop, motherboard driver not included. Also when I try connecting it to a router, my PC cannot see other workgroup computers that are connected in the router. I'll be using this PC for word processing and surfing the net.
