I'm 15 5'10 158 pounds. I work out alot and i can tell you protein drinks are ****, but if you like them go for it you drink them 30 min prior to working out this gives time for the protein to be distributed into the body. Then after the 30 min do some sit ups, do as much as you can and the protein helps build muscle faster but you need to burn all the protein otherwise it will be stored as fat in your body.

I am 24 year's old and I use to weigh over 200 pounds. I joined weight watcher's and joined the gym and I have lost over 20 pounds so far. I know you are young, but gym's have programs' for younger kid's that want to loose weight. I would talk to your parent's about weight watcher's, you can watch what you eat, still eating the good stuff, loose weight and go to the gym. You need to want to loose the weight and get the ab's.
