不應該侮辱學生人權


人權內涵的根本是人的生命權、自由權、平等權，這些權利是一個自然人生而有之的，是人的天性、本能，服裝儀容的規範如果有辱學生尊嚴，限制學生行動自由或實施上有差別待遇，那麼就與人權相牴觸，例如NBA規定參賽球員身著統一隊服，並每場次限制色系，是不是與球員個人造型自由牴觸？服裝儀容的議題，大多是針對中學生來談，為什麼小學生或大學生沒有類似的爭議，值得我們深思。「儀容」一詞是指外觀的規範，但是頭髮和服裝不僅是外觀，而是外貌，從學生的觀點來說，那甚至是「長相」。我們可以討論「學生的外觀該不該受規範？」，但是如果談「學生的長相該不該受規範？」就很奇怪了。曾有一位國中女生向我抱怨：「我們學校規定的髮型好醜喔！」我問：「妳現在的髮型，到底使妳有什麼樣的感覺？」她不假思索的說：「我覺得被毀容。」她說出了絕大多數學生的心聲。談論該不該規定學生的服裝儀容，必須把握一個原則：有何教育意義？學生學到了什麼？學校是一個教育團體，團體生活具有合力規範作用，且是一種社會化行為的學習模式。學校是一處培養社會化學習的場所，亦為青少年成長由他律走向自律階段。教育目標不僅是知識的汲取，中學同時也是學習青少年社會化暨個人生活技能的場域，服裝儀容的規範當然與受教育的目的有關。學校是規訓機構，原本就要規、要訓，除非學校不再是規訓機構，否則在目前要全面撤除規範等於是抽離中等學校教育機構的重要內涵，將教育功能局限在「傳授知識」而排除了「生活教育」，這恐怕不是人權主張者的原意。

為什麼warm的ar，會是發[喔耳]的音
而不是發[阿耳]或是[二兒]的音呢？
另外，【若知道所有發音口訣的人，希望也能一併告知，感恩了～】
因為已經脫離小時候的兒童美語班太久
一些音標發音規則的口訣早就忘光了
例如：字首有兩個子音，第一個字母不發音

不好意思...打不出KK音標，只好用中文字去表示
希望大家看的懂
