jessie ( 專家 1 級 ): 據我所知地線不是電源線本身，只有干擾問題沒有斷電問題。另外，即使斷電也是用戶與電力公司之間的事情，與電器製造商毫無關係。似乎未見過電器製造商在其保證條款中提出不對斷電負責的。不知以為然否？
