in my opinion, iowa is the best, but southwestern wisconsin is very nice. i live in south eastern wisconsin and all the people from chicago keep moving up here and its terrible.

I understand that circumstances are different, but on the whole, if someone sells rugs, chairs, chests and so on, in the most cases, what would it mean: that they are doing good and would be buying new things, or doing bad and need cash? Selling through local classifieds, cash only. Ah, and it's not moving elsewhere, that is certain.

Morning, I am a UK guy looking to hopefully come over to the states sometime next year and just literally chill for 3 months over the summer and working occassionaly in a bar maybe, hopefully somwhere in LA or NYC

What is the best way to go about this?
And would it be legal for me to work whilst I was in the states.

I live in Phoenix but am soon to move to a dead corpse of a town in Georgia called Homer. There are an estimated population of 5000 people within 5 miles of the center of town. This town has three financial institutions, but no grocery store what so ever. Am I moving into a time warp or just moving into a town full of morons?

I am driving from florida to Washington D.C, then to NY then to New Hampshire and back.

any tips or adivce while on the road would be awesome

any ideas on how to keep ourselves entertained or any spots we should make sure we see would be nice advice

also we will be staying in New Hampshire for a few days in a small town in a house with basically nothing in it but a blowup mattress (we havent moved there yet) so we will need ideas on what to do while we are up there

Somewhere with decent weather, no humidity, not 100 degrees almost everyday, somewhere culturally diverse so my husband and I don't get stared at constantly (like we do now, Im European he is Mexican), lots of different jobs, good schools and not super expensive.
