Somewhere with decent weather, no humidity, not 100 degrees almost everyday, somewhere culturally diverse so my husband and I don't get stared at constantly (like we do now, Im European he is Mexican), lots of different jobs, good schools and not super expensive. We are in the Army and are wanting ideas for when w get out. Thanks to answers.

Sorry, but the places I know of with NO humidity are all in rather warm climates in the Southwest, so you're talking 100+ daytime temps for about half the year ("But its a dry heat"). Most urban centers are "Culturally diverse", so noone is going to stare at you. Most urban areas are a bit on the pricey side, however. The coastal Pacific northwest has decent climate, and tho there IS humidity, (We get a LOT of rain in the late fall, all winter, and into early spring) we seldom have any days that would be outside your limits. You need to back-down on some criteria, else you'll have nowhere to live.

Chicago is cool. Decent cost of living. Culturally and racially diverse. Great restaurants, theatre, museums, sports. The only bummer is winter gets a bit long.
