I would like to go to Las Vegas for New Years.......most of the hotels are already booked and the rates are high! So my question is if I stayed in a hotel in downtown Las Vegas.......what's the best way to get to the strip? Is there a bus that will take you to the strip.......I've heard about shuttles.

Okay, just heard word from my boyfriend we are going on vacation in New York City. I have to do all the planning.
I don't know the cities and need to know while planning what citites are "bad" like I heard Queens and Harlem are bad. is this true are there parts that are bad. Please inform me on Where to avoid.

We want to be close to down town, We are flying in from St. Louis either the end of this month or begining of next.
