The Jackson Whites or Jacks and Whites aren't albino, they descend mostly from Ramapough Indians and were not know for living in a single village but for living up in the Ramapo Mountains. .

However, I lived and worked in NJ for many years and have heard about a village or town sort of like you describe but not albinos but some other genetic deformity like encephilitis? (oversized heads) .

I have no idea if this is just an urban legend or not.

Edit: On further investigation, some Jackson Whites were or are Albinos...however, still don't think they lived in one village or wear masks, but have heard of other village where people wear masks.

The link doesn't solve the question but is pretty interesting.

its referred to as the Jacks And Whites, and it did exist when i lived in NJ 20 years ago,the pig mask crap is just that, crap. The were known to be outcasts then and didnot associate with the rest of society.supposedly they were albinos, and also bred within.you can figure it from there.do a google search for Jacks and whites,it will come up with the group i mentioned in the ramapo valley of NJ.
