My pregnant wife forgot to pay for the bus and was caugt by an inspector, she also produced my student oyster card which was taken from her since my monthly pass had expired the day before (she didn't know if its expiration) - what should I do? Should I call TFL and try to get my card back (whats the penalty for not paying a fare?) or should I apply for another Oyster card?
