I intend to go to Australia for study purpose and my wife is pregnant in the third month

My question is if I could go with my wife and she birth a baby in Australia, Is my son will hold on Australian citizenship? Hey There,
My name is Felix and Im a student in Sydney, Australia with about a year left of high school.
My grades are very steady and I should finish with a very capable UAI (University Admission Index).
Ive been thinking of what to do ahead, and its always been my passion to become a firefighter.
However I am worried about this occupation. Is it considered a 'less respectable job'? Will the pay allow me to live a comfortable life? And would it be possible to find a job as a firefighter in another nation?
I would appreciate it very much if ppl could share thoughts/experiences on living as a firefighter

I have heard that to be given a visa and allowed into Australia, they prefer people who are going to offer them jobs and skilled people they need and are short of.
I have heard they need teachers so they would easily except them, but do they need child nursery workers that will set up their own business?

am planning to travel on the ghan and indian pacific and staying at youth hostels when making short stops on route ,how feasable is this ?
