What papers do i need, and how would I go about this? I"m trying to find answers from friends and family but there no help. Can someone please help me?

I live in australia, and NSW is okay, there is lots to do if thats what you're after, but I live in South-East QLD, which is prettymuch northern NSW anyway, just above, and its pretty good. Good weather, and plus Australia is in a droubt at the moment, so if you're watching this, QLD/ NSW/ Tasmania are probably the best to go if you want water..
