Hi there, I currently live in the States and in my final year studying chemical engineering. Although I was born in Australia, I haven't been there since I was young and I now have the opportunity to study my masters in Petroleum engineering. My questions are how is studying in UNSW for my master, and how hard is it to get an engineering job. I know that United states has plenty, but I just want to experience Down Under. Thank you for your responses.....

I am especially intrested in the job market over there, and in what city to look for as far as living and working.

Thanks

Im relocating for work purposes and I need some insight on a few specifics. How long its going to take to get a visa? How much time I should set aside to actually get over there and get settled? How much money I will need to set aside for just basic travel expences and accomodations?

Hi, I'm from the US and I am interested in moving to Aus after college. What towns are good? I've been thinking either Brisbane or Goldcoast... I want nothing farther South that Sydney. How much is rent usually? Is it hard to find a job? I'm in art school, is there a good art scene is certain areas? Thanks!

My fiancee and I are going to be moving to New Zealand from the United States, and we don't really know anything about the area. I have to find a place to stay online at least temporarily, and wanted to be sure that I didn't put us in any areas that are high crime or possibly dangerous. I realize that New Zealand in general is going to probably be safer than the US, but I figure every big city has some level of seedy underbelly to be avoided. If anyone has any input I'd greatly appreciate it.
