Windsor is quite a nice suburb of Brisbane to live in. I don't live in Windsor but know the area quite well.

About 10 mins from the city (if there is no traffic) and close to the hospital you will be working at.

There is a shopping centre nearby which is on lutwyche road, plus there are loads of smaller shops and cafes along kedron brook road and newmarket road. Some of these things are in surrounding suburbs - Wilston, Lutwyche and Newmarket but they are all very close to Windsor. It is also easy to access by public transport and you will be able to get a bus from home to work.

Also it is about 10 mins to Fortitude Valley and the City where most of the bars/clubs are in Brisbane so it will be a cheap taxi ride home for you when you go out.

It tends to have a lot of families living there and is emerging as an affluent suburb.

Hello again, well windsor is a nice upmarket suburb, close to the city. I would assume it is made up mostly of professionals working couples, upper class families. Your closest shopping centre in Lutwythe (I cant remember how to spell it) there is also a FItness First gym there. You are close to the inner city bybass which is very handy and the major Bowen Bridge Road. Its a good suburb.

On another note, good choice with Griffith uni much better than Gatton. Im in my fourth year there and its a really lovely uni.
