Hi thank you miss, I mean the process of establishing a company. I got the idea in mind, but I need to know how to build a company legally.

Im not 100% percent sure of legalities or procedures (they change everything so rapidly its hard to keep track).

You will need:
A business name that is registered with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission
Tax file number
Accountant
Insurance
Bank Account in business name
Place of business (address)

Website for ASIC:

Good luck!

This is a handy guide from ASIC, the Australian equivalent of the SEC. Our corporate regulator is national, not state byy state as in the USA.
