Can I assume that you are a Kenyan national?? If so, the New Zealand immigration website states that Kenyan nationals living in Kenya should direct their applications for visas to the High Commission in South Africa. Nationals of some countries do not require a visa (e.g. UK, USA, Australia etc). In answer to one of your other questions, I supplied you with contact details for both the Honorary Consul in Nairobi and the High Commission in South Africa. It is highly unlikely that the Honorary Consul will issue visas but it may be that he accepts applications for vetting and forwarding to South Africa. I suggest you call him or email him for advice.
