Given the number of separated couples and those who are in "illegal" relationships in the country - do you think its about time Divorce be allowed in the country? It would surely guarantee child support to kids who's fathers abandoned them and make sure those who cheat are punished. What are your thoughts on this and why? Why are many Tricycle drivers starting to display Swatiskas on their sidecars here in the Cebu/Yati area?
Don't they know how offensive this is for those of us who lost family because of the German Nazis in World War II?
Surely they have been reminded that the Philippines were Allies of ours during that long terrible war and history is taught in schools here.
I just can't believe that they could be so naive as to believe that nobody remembers the atrocities that occurred because of that emblem and what it represents.

My son has been invited on the trip of a lifetime with his karate class to go to Japan next year for competitions, training and an educational trip. Three of my friends have planned on going to Korea for at least three years. I know Korea's a beautiful country with really nice people in general, but these are really good friends of mine I just want to know if there is any chance they might face discrimination or any other social problems of the sort?

-An African-American girl who speaks some Korean
-A Korean American who has doesn't know the language and is getting pretty worried about it.
-A girl who knows a whole lot about Korea and its culture and speaks Korean more fluently than any of the others. She has never been to Korea but she likes the country so much she would pretend to be Korean sometimes?! But she's not Korean she's Chinese.
