Best ones are at a lot of the bread stores, but you have to look. One place I go doesn't always have them. Also have to be careful not to get what I like to call "a weird bread suprise," where they randomly put pork, beans, or random solid dirt in the middle of their bread.

Dunkin' doughnuts in Taipei
Mister doughnuts in Taichung.
If I still can't find any I just buy them at RT-Mart- the white powdery kinds. Anyways I'm bringing home two boxes of doughnuts from the states lol.
