1. Pancit bihon is too much work, really. So I appreciate who prepare pancit anytime of the year. Pancit Palabok is great.

3. If not Bilo-bilo which is also same too much work to make, TURON is a good alternative.
4. Tinolang Manok or Bulalo,( chicken soup or beef soup)
5. famous Fried Chicken ala Ganda!
6. SAGO drink
7. Fresh Yellow Mangoes with ice cream
8. Seafoods and baked salmon.
9. Pork Tocino
10. Dirty rice, or arroz ala valenciana
11. Afritada or Menudo

some thing new for us this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, we are doing an appetizer evening. Mushroom caps, hen wings, artichoke/spinach dip, scallops 'n Francis Bacon, cheese 'n crackers, chips, smoked oysters (a prepare around right here) etc etc
