Patrick : The displays in Ayala, Paseo, and Makati Avenue are probably done by Ayala and not the city government. Because it is only in the CBD (Central Business District, and nowhere else.

I would suggest you get in touch with the Ayala Foundation and ask for the purchasing manager. You're right in saying that the stars are made to order. But then again, you can always scout at trade and Christmas fairs.

Try calling up the admin department of the makati city hall. they may be able to provide the info of the supplier.

what about them? they are lighted at night and they give us a very beautiful christmas lighting.
i believe they are especially made for makati, you know, at discounted rates due to the volume of order.
