I have sent 3 shirts as a gift to my friend in US and it cost me around 700Baht (ordinary mail and took about 15 -20 days to arrive to the destination). The cost of sending items actually depends on the weight of the items or parcel you are going to send. the heavier, the more costly and if you send by special delivery or speed mail, it will cost more..I suggest you go to the nearest post office and inquire for more info.

Think you are sending bulk parcel. It will be cheaper than the rates in US for sure, but the time to get there will take at least 3 weeks. You can check at the post office near you.
Courier service cost more but more reliable.
