It's alright, I think. Well, there are rooms for improvements, but at least it's not too shabby.
It's just a little hard to find trash bins, though.

You will find many places that do not have the toilet-paper napkin roll. You use water to clean yr *** after you p**. Normally in the countryside, sanitary conditions in household are also very bad. No light, No napkin. Smell worse than your A**. lolzzz Make sure you have napkin with you every time lolzz...

However, in modern building in Phnom Penh, the toilet is highly comfortable and just the same U.S. sanitary conditions. Not all conditions are bad. Just most of them.
