Anyone knows the exact recipe of thai fried minced pork with chilli basil leaves?

I so love the food whenever im back in thailand. Its a very common home dish back in thailand. It would be great if i could know how to whip up that dish.

Anybody could be kind enough to provide the cooking ingredients and instructions? I tried googling around but to no avail.

I will be traveling to Philippines this March and will be bringing my Dell Inspiron 2200 laptop.The volt here in US is 110, in the Philippines I believe it's 220V. The laptop charger input is 100-240 volt. So can I just hook the charger plug directly in the transformer or do I still have to buy some kind of universal power surge. Thank you.
