Well, there are tons of freighters (don't laugh--they often rent cabins to tourists who want to sail over).

As for cruise ships, I think you would be looking at Cunard lines and the Queen Mary II. It just went from San Francisco to Australia and should be heading to Hong Kong shortly thereafter. I don't think there is any regularly scheduled service--just the occasional stop over on around the world cruises.

you may go to china by aeroplanes which is very much fast and not more costly.
why you choose slowest mean of transport instead of aeroplanes.??????????
