Butt out dubya, I'm sure philippines is doing the best they can about that problem. If you want to help, open the freakin border so some filipinos can come over here and work and send those mexicans back home. At least a filipino can speak some english! Don't get me started............

Implement a one child per family policy. That would be a good first step. Throw the Church out and support use of contraceptives.

maybe the goverment needs to stop having catholic influnces..
with out that..people will learn how to use condoms. and have sexual education in the school systems more..to teach those poor squatter to stop having babies after babies.
