You didn't mention when you are flying. As Tiger Airways is a budget airline, how much you pay really depends on when you fly. They're having a 50% promotion now; if you buy your ticket from 26 Feb to 4 Mar, and fly between 3 to 29 May (excluding public holidays), expect to pay around S$147.55 including airport taxes for a return flight to/from Manila.

Visit http://www.tigerairways.com for more details.
I can't tell you how much it will for the airfares because you need to choose the right dates and timings for your flights. Then you'll be able to see the actual amount of airfares stated on the current day.

you should go check out at www.tigerairways.com instead, different timing different day different prices. but generally, i think its okay, i fly to bangkok frequently every year, uses them more than jetstar due to prices cheaper, but i would say jetstar is more comfortable, and thinking into the luggage weight limit for tiger is only 15kg compare to 20kg for jetstar asia.
