I noticed in the philippines people always say a good family .A re they implying that if you are not finanically stable you didn't come from a good family. Are there families that are good but aren't stable financially . To me the phrase a "good family" is ludicrous all families have ghost somewhere if you look deep enough. WHAT IS A GOOD FAMILY ?

I'm going on vacation and I have a connecting flight in Narita Airport. My question is: am I allowed to leave the airport for a few hours to go sightseeing and then come back to the airport for my connecting flight.

I just got back from Thailand and have to admit that visiting the Grand Palace was by far the worse experience I've had while there. The number of tourists have gone up and with that, their "hospitality" has gone to sh*t. yet I open a Japanese phrase book and one of the first words was 'no' which they said is pronounced as 'lie'.
