I was formerly an electrical engineer. I think the Philippines uses the same frequency assignments and system as the U.S. (NTSC).

Channel 2 is between 54 and 60 MHz.
Channel 13 between 210 and 216 MHz.
Channel 41 between 632 and 638 MHz.

These are the frequency bands, by channel. The carrier frequency is offset from middle of the band by the fact that analog TV uses suppressed sideband AM for the picture and FM for the sound.

These should get you started.

Does it really matter? You have the channel number... and around the country is a number of relays on other channels (so for example I can pickup Channel 2 also on channel 46 - probably somewhere around Batangas or Mindoro.

If you really have to know, Channel 2 is 55.25 MHz.

I'd recommend you building a log periodic array. It has a good bandwidth.
