The Japanese men are in many ways are sexually deprived, mainly because of their stereotypical workaholic lifestyle, and the only way they can vicariously fulfill their sexual desires is by doing something that can give them an adrenalin rush and provide something tangible with which they can prove to themselves that they are sexually active.

They are just a sad bunch.

Some friends came to visit me during one of my business trips.(All tall blonde girls) They decided to take a trip by bus to Kyoto to see the temples and shrines. While on the bus, one of the girls noticed that the guy in the car next to the bus was masterbating to an adult magazine while driving. She happened to notice this right as he was finishing which totally freaked her out and promted all the other girls to look over. He noticed the girls as he was cleaning off, and he immediately started going at it again and started following the bus. True story.

No, they don't call them henna ojisan. Henna ojisan just means strange or funny middle aged man. You would call this man a hentai..pervert. It is just plain gross.
