where in Batangas that have a cheapest place and place to cook near beaches? We will stay there for 1 week.?

You go to Anilao. Or to Matabungkay. You will find the cheapest rest houses by the beach.

I'd say Matabungkay is probably the most budget-friendly. Little rustic, but comfortable, nice area all in all.
