For sure in the National Book Stores. I don't have that problem... 10 minutes walk takes me to a beautiful view of the Taal volcano.

What you are looking for is called a topographic map, which shows elevations above sea level.

If you want to get printed maps, these are available from the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority, and their office is in Fort Bonifacio. Their maps are the most accurate since this office was formerly known as the Bureau of Coast and Geodetic Surveys.

I'm sorry I am not aware of any resources online, though.

http://vulcan.wr.usgs.gov/Volcanoes/Philippines/Maps/map_philippines_volcanoes.html.

http://worldatlas.com/webimage/countrys/asia/ph.htm

The major volcanoes - Mt Pinatubo (located 2 hours north of Manila - just outside of Angeles City). Mt Mayon (located 13 hours south of Manila - Legaspi City). Other well known volcanoes - Mt Taal, Bulucan volcano.

But Mt Mayon is the best volcano....Perfect cone.

Try Google earth. It's free, easy to use, and you get more info than just volcanoes and mountians, and all that in 3D.
