I am moving back to Japan for awhile and taking a laptop this time. Any special advice needed or just get a service provider and keep rollin?

i can't figure out a way to send my payment to a product i ordered from the U.S.. I tried the post office but then someone told me that the philippines post office only accept letters, anything besides the letter will be confiscated. so i was afraid they might confiscate my money. and i am also quite doubtful if the philippine post office is trustworthy when it comes to money considering the corruption here in the philippines.i also asked LBC and DHL but then they said it would cost me 1200php, and i don't have that much money. does western union have door to door service? or is there any other way to send money abroad?? by the way, i don't have a bank account or a credit card, i don't know if they would give me an account since i am just 17. tnx guys..

I am a white female and born and raised in the U.S. I hope a romance happens in Seoul with a beautiful korean man. Where are some good places to meet cute korean men? Will they be very open to having a romance with me? I understand that korea is a country rich in social customs, and I have been studying them.
