Yes, there are a couple of them in Singapore but mostly are nice man-made beach spots.
They're as follows:
1) Sentosa Island (Siloso Beach, Palawan Beach & Tanjong Beach)
- Requires Admission Fees into Sentosa.
Visit http://www.sentosa.com.sg for more details.
2) Changi Beach Park
- Free Admission (Open to Public)
Visit http://www.singaporesights.com/parks-nature-reserves/nature-reserves/changi-beach-park.html for more details.
3) East Coast Park - Beach
- Free Admission (Open to Public)

I hope you'll like our beaches in Singapore. The best beach that I like will be The Siloso Beach in Sentosa. While Palawan Beach is 2nd to my primary choice as it is a beach that is so near to the equator. So if you're someone who loves suntanning, you'll sure love this place. Suntanning here is easy as A-B-C, coz the sun is strong, great for well & medium tanning purposes.
For your info, on every New Year's eve, Siloso Beach will be having a great foam party. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun, all you need to pay for the admission into Sentosa and you can have fun dancing all night long.

If you don't mind whether it is a natural beach or a man-made beach, Singapore surely has a number of nice beaches for your holiday. You can visit either East Coast beach or Sentosa beach. Anyway, there are a lot of islands in the southern shores of Singapore, such as Kusu Island, St. John Island, where you can find nice natural beaches.

no. there arent any really nice beaches in singapore.
but if you must, there are those man-made beaches at on sentosa. palawan beach or tanjong beach. the latter has a bar called km8. as for east coast park, its always covered in small children and joggers. furtherdown there's also the stretch of beach near to the safra chalets and sailing club, or the stretch of beach near to changi village. neither are particularly enticing though.

Certainly no, there is a man made one at “Santosa Island. You can't compare that to a natural beach. Those havent been to a natural beach it looks like a nice beach.
