I am looking for somewhere for me and 3 friends (irish lads 25-28) to spend 2 nights. We want it to be reasonably priced and near the action. Also we don't want to pay extra for bringing guests to our room.
Any ideas?

How can you get to the LRT or MRT station from the airport as well? Does anyone have a route map and schedule? Thank you.

Can I get one if I am just visiting, does it make sense to do so? I will probably visit on a fairly regular basis. I just got annoyed w sorting through money for the subway and whatnot. I know about the 24 hour subway pass already.

I was planning a trip to Thailand for a few weeks in June/July 2007. We were going to fly into Bangkok and travel immediately south to the beaches and into Malaysia, then back up to Bangkok for a day and fly home. With everything going on over there, I'm not quite sure what to do. Trying to get info on how this will affect me as a tourist, if I should still buy tickets, or if I should fly through somewhere else. Any suggestions?!?!

I want to travel overseas to Asia (someplace warm) and I want my money to go very far - I also eat mostly raw fruit and vegetables and would like to have easy access to them?

So where can I fly for cheapest and how do I get flight costs down?

Where can I stay for cheap but still feel safe?

How far will my money get me and how much can I expect to spend?

Thank you in advance for your time!
Peace.

I'm a big fan of takoyaki and I would like to know where to get the best in Tokyo. I know it probably won't be as good as what you might get in Osaka but I'm sure they're still good.

I am going to Boracay in January and the accommodation on the internet is much higher than I have been finding in guidebooks. Is it better to just pay the inflated price, or should I just show up and look around? I'm not too picky about where I stay but I want decent value for money.
I do know that Boracay is expensive and touristy, but I am going there and I'm not looking to be talked out of it. Thanks for any advice.

I'm looking specifically for, cheap or reasonably cheap accomodations (it's for a honeymoon!), things to do, things to see, where to stay, etc. I've never been and I am just beginning to look into it so if anyone can at least point me in the right direction it would be awesome. I'm really only interested in things that would be considered off of the beaten path (i.e. things that are not touristy) thanks.
