Absolutely.
Assuming your first stop is Bangkok, go to one of three locations.
Soi Cowboy street (soi 6 on Sukhumvit, Nan Plaza, or Patpong. Ask any taxi/tuk-tuk driver if you can't find your way.
Go in any bar that has ladies present, and tell them that you are looking for a travelling companion for x days.
You will need to pay the bar a fee for each day that she will not be working, so make sure that you choose carefully. Make sure the spoken English is reasonable I would suggest a one night stand before a decision is made.
A travelling companion will need you to pay for her board, lodging and travel, but will save you far more than it costs by taking you away from the main tourist traps, and to cheaper, but equal or better quality places. Likely cost for say 15 days is $200 to $400.
This is in fact the best way to see Thailand.

Go to Nana Plaza just off Sukhumvit, Soi 3, around 8.00pm and you'll find plenty of company, the Nana Hotel is not a bad place either, just across the road.
Don't go to Patpong, it's for tourists and rip-offs.

lol....you don't have to check any websites for that. After checking in at your hotel, then go to the nearest bar and pick out what lady you like to be your travel companion. Don't be afraid. The girls have been travel companions many times before, so its not new for them. The girls like to come around......charming you to give them gold, watches, mobile, money etc.......
