Road maps are available at National Bookstore or any bookstore chain in the area. I used to travel around the Philippines and I have always found road maps available. I especially like those foldable ones EZ maps (I think). I'm sorry I'm not sure if this is the brand name. Or try asking from the travel agencies. Hotels also have them around. There is one complete book of road maps in red cover which I bought at the bookstore. It has maps for the whole Philippines including road maps of major cities. Ask the sales person if you can't find it.
I'm sad to hear about all these other people who haven't seen the maps they need.

I don't think theirs a detailed map of lligan city in Phillipnes try buying a map online

Obviously you have never been there. You will not find one single detailed map of the Philippines. I'm a map collector and I have not found a single detailed map of any city. It's sad.

You can buy a detailed map right from the Domestic Airport.
