y does the Singapore Government award Scholarships costing hundreds of thousands of dollars to insane ppl,ppl who r insane,who claims insanity?

case : Last week,a bf pushed his gf onto a MRT track,in the path of an approaching MRT train in singapore,his gf narrowly escaped DEATH,managed to crawl to the opposite side b4 the train hits her

the bf pleads insanity,claiming he is insane

n he only play play only,he just want to scare her only,he trying to scare her only,he only wanted to scare her only

the bf happens to be a Government Scholar

so strange

but y does the Singapore Government award Scholarships costing hundreds of thousands of dollars to insane ppl,ppl who claim they r insane?

do i qualify for Scholarships also?
i also insane leh
i also a patient at Woodbridge Hospital leh
i also got mental illness leh

can i do the same to my wife or my ex gf also?

My fiance and I are getting married at the end of December and are thinking about a honeymoon in Bali during the 1st week of January. We have heard it is the rainiest month. Is the rain very heavy monsoon like, all day rain? Or is it just a few hours out of the day? Has anyone been during this time? Would you recommend fo a honeymoon? I am taking the tiger airways flight so usually will reach there earlier 12+ in the midnight. So i wondering is it safe if I flag a taxi to my hotel near Zhuhai Square ALONE?? I am moving to Japan, and I want to export my 2006 Honda Odessey there. I heard changes need to be made to the car in order to meet Japan's standards. Does anyone know what kind of standards need to be met? And is Japan an "unleaded" fuel country? For some reason, everything I have read so far says cars after 1976 from the USA need changed done to them. Does anyone have a website or information about exporting cars to Japan.
