I'm looking on the net but can't find anything. I plan to bring items such as oatmeal, beef jerky, granola bars, but don't know if they are allowed.

Whilst I won't dispute the fact that the low-cost carriers have some great deals to be had, quite often the established airlines such as British Airways etc. will often be cheaper than Easyjet/Ryanair etc but trying to persuade people to believe this is very difficult!. I work in an office where every time someone talks about flying anywhere, they automatically look at Easyjet and won't even consider BA, even though for 3 out of 5 journeys BA has actually been cheaper or the same price.

I am looking at going to South Africa for a week and then coming back to collect the kids and travel to Bulgaria. I remember someone telling me years ago that they had to stay in the UK for a minimum of 3 days before being able to travel abroad again. Is this still the case? I have looked online but cannot find anything to help me find the answer

Ok some people posted it messes with communications. Doesn't that mean if Terrorist brought a lot of cell phones onto a plane they could start to cause a big problem?

Liquids are no longer banned, but why were there such an urgency to ban them when cell phones apparently can cause a dangerous situation on a plane. Isn't that an oppurtunity for disaster?

For a good price

The price I am asking is face value plus the name change fee as charged by the airline. I posted these on Ebay but my advert was removed as I did not have an ATOL license and thus broke Ebay's rules!

Based on your OWN opinion, which one of those airlines is better? And why? I have flown both airlines, and found that both of them are great. No other airllines, please.

I plan to attend my daughter's Naval graduation on Oct.13th. in Great Lakes, Illinois. I live in Central NY, and never had to make arrangements before, such as from airport to hotel, from hotel to Navy base. I see there are hotel/flight packages, but I have no clue what hotel is a good choice within the vacinity of the base. How would I find out transportation arrangements from place to place once I do get into Chicago ahead of time so I know my trip is planned out? Any suggestions???

I will be flying next month and it's a 12+ hour flight. I have never flown for more than 4 hours. On top of that, I probably have "can't-sit-still syndrome!" What should I do to entertain myself for the long flight? (a movie is only 2 hours!) Heeelp! Thanks.

I'll be flying over the Atlantic in November - during fall - but according to alot of people, it's already pretty cold in November. It might even snow. I was wondering how safe it is to fly while it's snowing or just during the cold months in particular, according to my boyfriend, there's alot more turbulence. Has anyone ever flown around the same time over the Atlantic? What is your experience?
