If so, which Airport do you fly from and into and how long does it take to get from the airport to South Lake Tahoe? Thanks for the help!! :)

American Airlines has flights from the San Jose airport to the Reno/Tahoe airport. I think only non-commercial planes fly into the South Lake Tahoe airport. The flights on American are about 5 hours total, since you have to change planes in Los Angeles. (You could probably drive to Tahoe in less time.) United Airlines have non-stop flights from San Francisco (SFO) to the Reno/Tahoe (RNO) airport that take about an hour.
