The price I am asking is face value plus the name change fee as charged by the airline. I posted these on Ebay but my advert was removed as I did not have an ATOL license and thus broke Ebay's rules!

In response to the first 2 answers below - yes, they are transferrable, thus why this airline charges a hefty 'name change' fee. I am not asking if I can physically do this, I am asking if I am legally allowed to advertise these tickets for re-sale. Thanks.

Without wanting to upset the Yahoo! administrators - the items I am trying to 'recycle' are 3 tickets from East Midlands to Murcia travelling out at 17:30 on Friday 20th October 2006, departing Murcia at 21:40 on Friday 27th October 2006. This is the school half-term holidays and thus this return flight is now sold out. I just want face value that I paid for these (£555.87) plus the exorbitant name change fee that the airline charges (£70 pp). This makes a total of £765.87

It depends on the type of ticket. Your best bet is to ring the airline, and ask for a refund. They will tell you if they are worth anything.
Most tickets are not transferable.

It's a gray area.. the fact that you are doing a name change implies that they ticket has been sold to another person..you have to be careful how you word this.. why not ask on here if anyone wants to buy the tickets. By the way, how much are they, to and from?? and what dates.
