The 3 days are: thurs, fri sat.
We are flying to charles le goulle airport.
Any suggestions about what area to get a hotel in. I was thinking about getting a hotel for around £30gbp per night to the north side of the city to cut down the commuting time from the airport.
We like going out drinking and lively pubs/clubs etc but we also want to keep it quite cheap if possible.
I've heard it can be very expensive to go out drinking and eating out. I've heard it can be around £8 gbp for a pint of beer? is this true? and if so, how can we avoid such high prices.
What's the weather usually like at this time of year?
Anything we should go and see?

Math tells us 3 of the saddest love stories:

(1) Tangent lines who had one chance to meet & then parted forever.

(2) Parallel lines who were never meant to meet.

(3) Asymptotes who can get closer & closer but will never be together... :(

Which math love story is yours?

I am wondering wether children would grow up to be better people growing up in Greece or in an anglosaxon environment that could be more disceplined>?
Your views?

Has anyone stayed in Mandalay bay the Deluxe Rooms recently, I heard they finished renovating the rooms, I was wondering what you thought of the new rooms? And how much did the room cost per night, and would you stay there again? How was your experience in Mandalay Bay?

I have had the fear of water since the age of 9, when a wave came in and swept me back into the water. Have not been back to the beach since, although I must say, I've gone fishing many times, off of piers, banks, etc.

i am 17 years old and going to the resort with my family and some friends during xmas/new years break. i have been going to the resort for many years, and as a freshman my friend ordered a drink assuming they would give her a virgin and they gave it to her with rum...quite a funny experience...anyway, this year, the new residences are done and we have two, so im very excited about this trip. being more mature than i was in past years and having had a lot more experience with alcohol, (and having the gift of looking older..) would i have a lot of trouble ordering drinks? i know the age is 18. i have an eyebrow ring and belly button ring if that would make me look older...any girls around my age gone recently to atlantis? your experience: drinking and clubs: strict/problems? i know the clubs are stricter ..(aura in particular?)

I went there just once. Don't u think it's odd that when one lives in a country he doesn't care for going to all the historical places and monuments while others fly from all over the world to see it. I really hope to go again though, but my husband isn't helping lol. typical Egyptian ba2a :)

I was at Pechanga recently and got free internet access as a guest in my room, but as soon as I was in the ballroom they wanted $175.00 to let me use the same internet connection! I told them they were crazy and they said because technically it was a conference room. We were at a freakin Christmas party... I think their high! Does anyone know anyway around this for future reference? I am not forking over $175.00 for anyone just to log onto the internet for a couple minutes.

I'm from Toronto, Canada and I'm considering attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham. It seems like a good university and has the majors I'm interested in and Birmingham looks like a nice city, but I can't help but think about the stereotypes of Alabama. Is it true that the majority of people in Alabama are conservative Christians, and is it true that there is still a lot of noticeable racial tension in Alabama? I know that most stereotypes are usually false, but so many people say that Alabama is the real deal when it comes to stereotypes of the south. Is it really as bad as people make it out to be?
