Ideally, the ride is about 36 minutes, but that doesn't take into account the possibility of delays. And that will take you to the station, which is in the middle of nowhere, so you will almost certainly have to transfer to a bus or have someone pick you up.

It depends on what time of day you are planning to ride. The metro runs more frequent during the "rush hour" time frame. However you you plan to ride during the middle of the day, then it might take longer because you'll have to wait to get on the train...

I would plan on 45 minutes given Metro's recent delays and slow-tracking. You can use their website and find out what their official answer would be.

The Green Line takes you straight there. However, it's probably the least reliable line. I would say 40 minutes.
