I would love to go to Europe just to get out of the states for the summer. I have baby sat for almost 10 yrs and I think being a nannie in Europe would broaden my horizons. Has anyone been a nannie in Europe? if you have how would i go about getting a job there?

I am flying to Paris with Continental Airlines and have never flown with them. How is their service? are they greatly customer oriented? Also, are they going bankrupt at all? The reason i am asking is because i flew few years ago with US Airways (which service sucked big time) and on the way back from Paris, they didn't finish the entire itinerary because they were on strike....Any help especially from previous experience is greatly appreciated :)

They both go to a place they've never been before, separately, and have no info on the other person's whereabouts, and then try to find the other person.

I may be going on a Cruise with some friends. I am single and all the friends that are going are couples. I do not want to pay double for a room by myself. All the prices are based off of double occupency. If I cannot find someone to go with me, does anyone know whre I can check for others who want to share a room.

I do not know the specifc cruise line or date. But is will be leaving from L.A. in March and will be a 7-8 day Mexican Riviera cruise.

I plan on driving from Utah to California, stopping in Vegas for one night, where can I find the best deals on tickets and hotels and what hotels are the better lower priced hotels that are close and do not charge for parking and/or have a free shuttle to the park? Will it be busy the last week in May?

Hi there

My husband has looked at getting a job in Santa Monica - we are from the UK & dont know USA, so he is literally talking to an agency that specializes in Jobs abroad & being a family with 4 children we are limited with who will offer him a family package with a job.

He had already been offered one in Miami, which is due to start Feb/Mar should we choose to take it, but he also has been asked to go for an interview regarding one in Santa Monica.

My husband hates to commute & i dont drive so i guess what i am wondering is if Santa Monica is the place for us? Is there any area nearby that i will feel at home in & will my husband find it relatively easy to get to work?

Where i am we have a house with private garden & schools & shops within walking distance. My neighbours say 'hi' in the mornings.

Is there a place for us there, where i wont feel too isolated when my husband is at work & if so, at what cost? Is there a min amount you recomend he earn?

Tracy

I want to go to a fun, moderatly expensive, resort in Mexico. I'm looking for a relaxing trip on a beautiful beach, great food, and good music. Where should I go? I want the trip to be in March or early April. I'm looking to spend $1,700 (not including the flight)

I've been on 2 cruises before... the first one I didn't take anything and paid for it. The 2nd one I had the patch, but it gave me dry mouth, severe drowsyness (I was going to bed by 8:30 every night) and blurred vision. I have heard bonine and ginger are good alternatives. Has anyone used either or could anyone give me some good ideas on preventing sea sickness?

PS- We already booked the lowest level, midship interior room, so that point is covered.

We are Americans who are thinking about going there for work, but also want to have a baby. Wondering if that is a good idea. We have seen that the health care in Singapore is fantastic, but harder to get a read on Hong Kong. Thanks!!!
