I am an American citizen and my passport expired April 2006 of this year. I want to apply for a residence visa for Saudi Arabia and read that I must wait 6 months from when I first get my passport. Since I already had a passport (even though it expired this year) will I still have to wait 6 months? I did qualify for the renewal of my passport so in a sense it was still a good passport, it just needed an updated picture for it.

My understanding is that all AC adapters support 110/220v 50/60 cycle current. However, the physical design of the US-type 3-pronged male plug (with ground) needs an "adapter". Is the Russian "adapter" similar to any European country?

My thinking: you've PHYSICALLY been there...you can make a phone call to a friend while there saying you're in that location...but then again your experience there has been limited to the airport.

Hi,
I am planning to go on a trip next year summer.
So i am thinking which country would be more exceting for a guy going on a solo trip.
Turkey or Egypt?
Which would be cheaper? Adventure / exciting? Easier to go around? and breathtaking?

HI,
Next year i am planning to go on a trip to China. I want to visit Egypt and United Arab Emirates.
It will be my 1st visit to Egypt it appears that Cario is the main city with tourist attraction. My question is other than the pyramids what else can I check out there? and I am trying to avoid buying a travel package for Egypt because i don't want to get ripped off. What I thinking of doing was land at Cario Airport crab a taxi and get a hotel. Are there any tour bus programs avaiable at the airport or hotel? like NYC or i have to simply pay for taxi fares and go around city of cario.
what is my best option? since i am traveling solo.

Bathrooms will not be available. I'll go out and show her where to go and then some, but she's got to do it on her own without me holding her hand. Campers are not side by side. Just squat and let go. I can see her now just freakin at every little leaf moving.
