I looked at the calendar beside my desk, and the 3rd wasn't shown as a holiday. I looked again later, and realized the calendar was a gift from a friend in Hawaii, and guess what? In Hawaii, the 3rd isn't a holiday. Sorry for giving you a bum steer. Have a great holiday and a great stat day!!!

Is anyplace better than another? Cancun vs Puerto Vallarta vs Acapulco, etc. What are the good resorts to stay at? Any bad ones not to stay at? Any tips on traveling to Mexico would be helpful also. I know not to drink the water and the ice cubes too. We're looking to go in October, which I know is the tail end of hurricane season. Any info would be great. Thanks.

I have a family emergency that may take me across country (USA) I need a reasonable airfare from OR to FL leaving almost immediately. I know there is a website out there that has great last minute deals, but I can't seem to recall (or find) it. Any help would be appreciated.

Seems like its cheaper to fly and stay in Ft. Lauderdale than Miami. I'll be going down there in July for 5 days... is it worth driving from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami? I want to visit both places plus drive up to key west... what are some suggestions? Good idea? Bad idea?
