Ok so I snowboard at mountain creek in new jersey. Its my first time. Theres the bunny slope lol and then the other mountains. The other mountains are all a lot higher but the problem is this. I dont know if I am just scared and am exagerating what will happen to me, if Im afriad of heights or if im just not experianced yet. Should I go a few more times and get my stops balance and turns good? Or am I ready and I am just to scarred and I am making it worse than it already is?

Im looking into filming some snowboarding videos this year and I need a good camera. I was wondering if the cold is a big factor in this and how big of a problem water proofing is. I don't plan to be falling while filming, but stuff does happen.
I also dont want a helmet cam since I dont want a bunch of 1st person views.
I am not willing to spend over 1000$ on this (unless there is no other option) also it cant be huge since we will need to be moving it around alot

I have a pair of boots that are my shoe size (12) but they hurt like a mofo after only half a run. I have to loosen them up and ride like that the rest of the day. They are pretty old Vans "Fargo" boot. Should they be hurting at all? What brands are good for comfortable boots? thanks!

I'm a beginner to buying snowboards. I've been using rentals for about 3 years. I'm amateur, not really good at snowboarding, but not horrible either. I'm 5'11 and 155 pounds, size 11 shoe. which board is better for me? the clash or the bullet?

So im going snowboarding again. This year I would like a softshell jacket so movement is not as restricted. Ive narrowed it down to two jackets. Both from the north face, the "sentinel" and "apex magic". The sentinel is rated at 0 cfm and apex magic at 20 cfm. This is wind resistance. My question is, I like the look of the apex magic better, but it is not rated anywhere near the other one. Will the apex magic keep me just as warm? By the way ill be in colorado, so expect temperatures of in between 30-50. would 0 cfm keep me too warm? also, feel free to suggest other softshell jackets you think would work, as long as it's under $250.

i don't know if any of you americans will know this awesome swiss snowboarding clothing brand.
but it is THE **** here.
it's like burton i guess.
you wearing a zimtstern jacket/pants? you've earned yourself respect, man.
and no don't lecture me on snowboarding not being about clothing because if you've snowboarded here in switzerland and you know about zimtstern, you will know EXACTLY what i'm talking about.

I am an advanced rider, mainly freestyle with a little park. I like the idea of flow bindings but I have never personally tried them. Also is there a good snowboard equipment review site? I can't find one. (Price is not taken into consideration in this post I'll worry about that later)
