I am an advanced rider, mainly freestyle with a little park. I like the idea of flow bindings but I have never personally tried them. Also is there a good snowboard equipment review site? I can't find one. (Price is not taken into consideration in this post I'll worry about that later)

I have flow bindings but I'm only an intermediate rider. I love that I can just slip into the bindings in 2 secs and just ride down the hill. When I'm with friends I'm always the first one ready to go. It's comfortable and I don't feel that its in the way at all. If you want to find out more about Flow bindings about.com has a really good article comparing Flow bindings to other bindings, including pros and cons.

If you are an advanced Freesyle rider and are pulling off big moves, I would think that you would be all about weight. Flow bindings are HEAVY and I think that is why most park riders don't use them.

I would suggest the new Ride BETA MVMNT bindings. These things feel like a feather and are a very basic binding with no extra weight to limit your height out of the pipe or the pop of your freestyle board off of smaller features.

Good Luck
