I would suggest the Ride EX binding - they are built to last and have metal buckels and quality hardware that won't break the first season.

You can buy cheaper bindings and save $30 or $40, but these bindings are cheap with plastic buckles and I see kids every year with broken bindings headed to the lodge and missing out on a day of riding after buying an expensive lift ticket. Plus when these are outgrown, they will still be in usable shape for the next younger kid or to sell with your board after the youngest is done with them. (That's what I do!)
