And remember that your upper body only needs to rotate 180 degrees because you can rotate your lower body the other 360 (like when you do a simple 180).

well its pretty simple.
start twisting your hips right as you reach the lip of the jump.
dont lean back too much or your board will slip out from under you= broken a**.
