i bought a clothing iron, is it alrite to wax my snow board with it?

it has those hole on the bottom, so is it alrigh tif i use it to wax my board?

Don't listen to those other fools. of course you can use it to hot wax your board. the iron is no longer good for anything else after but it will always wax your board. and no it will not ruin your board. hot waxing is used by all pro skiers and riders

Wrap some aluminum foil over the base of the iron and that will keep the wax out of the holes. An old trick we've used for years when waxing snow sliding equipment. Scrape the base to a thin layer, and clean the edges
of all wax. I use an old window ice scraper. Good luck.

you can use a regular iron but it is best if it is a flat iron with no holes, otherwise the wax will get in the holes and burn/smoke/something bad

Just use wax or mink oil! As if youre polishing your leather boots or coat!.......Why would you IRON it?? That will ruin the IRON

dont ruin your snowboard! are you joking! just use wax! youll ruin the iron AND your board! dont do it!!!!
